The Evaporating Cooling Pad is made from specifically engineered cellulose paper that is chemically treated to resist deterioration. The cooling pad is with aluminum-alloy framework and various size of cooling pad are available.

1) Working principle

The pad-fan cooling system decreases the temperature by evaporation. It consists of wet pad, water circulating system and fans with large wind volume. The key point of this system is to ensure watering the whole pad wall evenly. When the air goes through the pad, evaporation exchanged on the pad surface. The humid and fresh air evaporates inside the greenhouse to reduce the temperature in it. This system is the most effective and economical method for decreasing temperature at present.

2) System composition

The system consists of fans, cooling pads, water-circulating system etc.

Pad is allocated opposite the fan side. To have better cooling effect, we offer you the pad with specification of 2.0m high, 15cm thick, including high quality aluminum frame.

The insect proof nets will also be provided outside of the cooling pads to prevent the dust and insect entering into the greenhouse, and keep it clear, and free from clogging.

The film roller will also be provide outside the cooling pads, so that it could be fully closed during the time you don’t use the cooling system, and no sand will enter into the wet pad and greenhouse.
