In 2013, China formally put forward the cooperative initiative of building “New Silk Road Economic Belt” and “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”, which is referred to as “Belt and Road Initiative” for short. In line with the concept of win-win cooperation and the favorable environment of “Belt and Road Initiative”, it has found a new direction and more possibilities for the common development of all countries in the world.
